Because every body responds differently.


Some clients benefit from more direct, targeted work to address pain and patterns.


Others respond better when we focus on the nervous system and allow the body to release on its own.


Both ways work.

It just depends on what your body needs and what you prefer.


What That Looks Like in Your Session


We may use:

  • NeuroFascial Therapy to work with the nervous system and

    reduce protective tension

  • Therapeutic massage to address tissue, patterns, and areas of

    restriction

  • Stretching and mobility work to reinforce better movement


Sometimes it’s one approach.

Most of the time, it’s a combination.


Because your body doesn’t exist in pieces…

so we don’t treat it that way.


The Goal Isn’t Just Relief


Relief is easy to get.


What we’re after is change that lasts.


That happens when your body no longer feels the need to hold on to the same patterns.
